Business Partners
Local businesses join with parents, staff, and friends of
Albany Christian School in raising money through various programs. Although
the programs vary, all ultimately are focused on supporting ACS.
Safeway & Albertson's Community Partner Cards
If you,
your friends, or family shop at Albertson's, please be sure to pick up one
of these Albertson's Community Partner cards. These cards are free to our
school. Just show this card to the checker when you pay for your groceries,
and a percentage of what you spend is paid to the school. We receive a check
every quarter. We do have extra cards in the school office. Safeway just
needs to know your Club Card Number, and you can sign up in the school
office.
Albertson's Shoppers: Even if you have linked your Preferred Savings
Card to ACS in the past, you must relink your card at the
Community Partner
website in order to keep earning funds for ACS. Please tell your
friends, relatives, co-workers, and neighbors so they can link their cards
for us as well. Our Organization ID is: 49000107534.
Target
Target
offers a donation of 1% of your purchases charged on your Target Visa
account to ACS. All you do is let Target know to designate the donation to
Albany Christian School.
Magazine Subscriptions
Save
money and raise money at the same time! Although we no longer have students
sell magazine subscriptions, you can still order magazines online at
www.QSP.com. It is quick
and easy to do, and 40% of your subscription price will be given to our
school.
Safeway 10% Back-to-School Certificate
In the
late summer/early fall, Safeway offers a larger reward to schools when
people shop and have their cards connected to Albany Christian School. Watch
for details.
Washington Mutual
Register
your Washington Mutual Debit MasterCard and receive points for every
transaction made with that card. At the end of the calendar year, Washington
Mutual will transfer all points earned into a cash donation. Last year we
received more than $500.
Sherwin Williams
Preferred Customer cards are available in the School Office. When buying
paint at Sherwin Williams, let them know you are a preferred customer. You
get a discount price, and ACS receives a percentage of your purchase.
